BRONXVILLE SENIOR DAY CAMP

GENERAL INFORMATION

 CAMP DATES:  Monday, June 29^th – Friday, July 31^st  

NO CAMP:  Friday, July 3rd 

 

• Contact information:  If you need to reach Tom Blank, the Camp Director, please call 723-3893 (during non-camp hours). 

• Camp begins at 8:45 AM and ends at 11:45 AM

If you have campers at both the Senior and Junior Day Camp, please pick up campers at the Junior Day Camp first.

• All pick-ups by car are to be made at the Boy Scout Cabin.

• Pedestrians should pick-up campers at the Village Park entrance.  See map on back of sheet.

• When picking up campers, please follow the line of traffic and PULL AS FAR FORWARD AS POSSIBLE to facilitate a smooth dismissal process. 

• Campers will find out what groups they are in the first day of camp.

• You should receive a NEWSLETTER each week which will detail swim days, tennis days, special events and field trips.   The NEWSLETTER will also be available on our website:  www.BronxvilleDayCamp.com. 

• We will only be able to have the campers (grades 2 and above) swim EVERY OTHER WEEK due to restrictions placed upon us by Lake Isle Country Club.  Campers will be tested for their swimming ability on their first day at the pool.

• The phone number at the Boy Scout Cabin (during camp hours only) is 793-2925

• Kindly call the camp between 8:00 and 8:30 AM if your child is going to be absent.

• Please label all personal items with the camper’s name.

• Have campers wear sneakers and socks rather than sandals.

• If you need to send MEDICAL FORMS, please mail them to:  Bronxville Village Hall, 200 Pondfield Road, Bronxville, NY  10708  Attn:  Jackie  OR you can FAX them to 337-2683.  MEDICAL FORMS ARE DUE BY JUNE 15^TH!!

• Campers who are part of the afternoon Spotlight Gymnastics program should bring their lunches.  They will be picked up by Spotlight staff and escorted to the Bronxville School.
